Apartments
Renovation of the seven apartments on the second, third, and fourth floors of our historic building was completed in January 2002. Whenever possible the original architectural features of the building were retained to enhance the historic charm.
The apartments feature:
- Large, bright windows with mini-blinds
- Individual heat and air conditioning
- All new appliances in 2002 - washer & dryer, microwave, range and self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-sink garbage disposal
- Hardwood-style floors in living/dining area
- Carpeted bedroom(s)
- Locked entrance with ring-in system for admitting visitors

In addition, the Abell Room, a spacious meeting room furnished with turn of the century charm, may be rented for social gatherings, meetings, and events.
